Preparation of Annual Accounts

Sole traders and partnerships have to prepare annual accounts in order that the self assessment return can be prepared. Limited companies have to produce and file statutory accounts at Companies House and submit them to HM Revenue & Customs each year. We use the latest software to produce professional accounts for your business.

Registered Auditors

If the sales of your limited company exceed £5.6 million, you will have to have an audit. We are registered auditors so we can carry out this process for you. Some businesses with sales of less than £5.6 million have audits too – sometimes to satisfy their bank or other creditors.

Preparation of Periodic Management Accounts

The preparation of regular management accounting reports and analyses can highlight elements of past business performance and help focus on future strategies. Budgeting and forecasting are invaluable tools for guiding your business growth. Preparing regular accounts can also assist with anticipating tax liabilities and putting into place timely planning measures to mitigate those liabilities.

Book-keeping services

Many traders maintain their own book keeping and send us their papers annually to prepare the accounts and tax return. However, this can be time consuming and we are happy to keep regular books for you if you would like to minimise your administrative burden. We can produce regular reports so that you can keep track of your business.

Maintaining PAYE and VAT Records and Associated Returns

We can run your payroll and prepare all necessary payroll returns for you. We can also prepare and submit your VAT return, if you are VAT registered.  We can also advise on such issues as the best way to structure business motoring.
